TATAA PreAmp GrandMaster® Mix is a high-performance, ready-to-use mastermix designed specifically for uniform preamplification of multiple targets prior to qPCR analysis. It ensures excellent sensitivity and linearity, making it ideal for workflows with low RNA or cDNA input, such as single-cell analysis, FFPE samples, and rare transcript detection.

The optimized formulation minimizes bias and preserves the relative abundance of targets during preamplification, enabling more reliable downstream quantification.

Run your pre-amplification with ultimate efficiency and sensitivity

TATAA PreAmp GrandMaster® Mix is a 2x concentrated ready to use pre-amplification mix for small samples, when looking at low expressed genes, single cells or when highly concentrated RNA is needed. The mix provides all the necessary components for pre-amplification of cDNA prior to qPCR, except template and primers. With the specialized TATAA PreAmp GrandMaster® Mix you will have the possibility to pre-amplify targets without the need of limiting or variable primer concentrations.
