CF®350 Dextran – Anionic & Fixable | Biotium

CF®350 Dextran is a blue fluorescent, anionic polysaccharide tracer from Biotium, specifically designed for applications requiring cellular uptake, permeability testing, or intracellular tracking. The fixable functional group allows for covalent crosslinking to cellular proteins during fixation, preserving signal for downstream imaging.

With a small molecular weight, CF350 Dextran diffuses rapidly and is ideal for:

• Cell loading and microinjection
• Vascular and epithelial permeability studies
• Live-cell imaging and fluorescence microscopy
• Fixation-sensitive applications

CF350 is spectrally similar to Alexa Fluor® 350 and AMCA, and is compatible with common DAPI filter sets.
