MG132 – Proteasome Inhibitor | AbMole

MG132 is a cell-permeable, reversible proteasome inhibitor supplied by AbMole, widely used in research on protein degradation, apoptosis, and the NF-κB signaling pathway. It selectively inhibits the chymotrypsin-like activity of the 26S proteasome, leading to the accumulation of ubiquitinated proteins and altered gene expression.
