AMG-510 (Sotorasib) – KRAS G12C Inhibitor | AbMole

AMG-510 (Sotorasib) is a first-in-class, selective KRAS G12C inhibitor, developed for targeting RAS-driven cancers. Provided by AbMole, AMG-510 covalently binds to the GDP-bound inactive form of mutant KRAS G12C, thereby locking it in an inactive state and inhibiting downstream signaling pathways involved in tumor growth and survival.
